This post examines the pedagogical imperative of faculty advisorship within the Junior Enterprise (JE) movement, using the longitudinal case study of Tetra Jr.—the Materials Engineering JE at the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), Itabira Campus—as a primary example. Commencing in October 2019, this continuous faculty guidance has been instrumental in bridging the often vast chasm between rigid academic theory and dynamic market practice.
